The material is fantastic! It's a nice, "thick enough" material that lays beautifully and has enough weight to it to keep it flowing nicely. BUT it's a "sweatshirt" material that most of these skirts seem to be. Instead, it's more of a swimsuit-type material and I mean that as a PLUS! It reminds me of a wetsuit material
